“Among the flooring vendors we visited, West Valley (South) gave us the impression of sound expertise and quality. Jeff Morrison (the Sales Manager) attended to our inquiries with expert advice which we did not receive from other vendors. He was quite knowledgeable and experienced with flooring. His quotations were quite detailed with no hidden costs (even if he had not visited the place yet). He was quite prompt with all our needs. On the Flooring installation led by Scott, it went quite smoothly with excellent and high quality finish. They completed the work according to schedule. Overall, I would highly recommend West Valley (South) for flooring needs. It is value for money”

“We just had West Valley Flooring on 130 Ave SE install some hardwood in our new home We ordered the flooring back in November from Ryan who was very good He allowed us to store the flooring with them until we took possession of the house in Feb His quote was bang on never increased at all after the job was finished He was very thorough in his quote & communicated well with us Our installer Chris was excellent He did a fabulous job took the baseboards off without damaging them or the walls He was pleasant & a hard worker THANK YOU Chris!!!!!!! Definitely going to use them again if i need them”

“I recently had the carpet replaced (stairs and upper level). The service provided by Chris and Zach was excellent. The process was relatively seamless and scheduling on time. The installers did not clean as well as I'd expected (vacuuming the debris was rushed and sloppy so had to redo it which took nearky an hour right after they left), but it was very helpful to have them help move furniture and move it back so that i didn't have to. We love the new carpet too.”
