He was very knowledgeable and patient, as choosing something new can be a process. He emphaszied everything would be done expertly and to our satisfaction. And it was! “I had the pleasure of working with West Valley Flooring for the second time to replace my old carpet, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the outcome. The sales rep, Zach, was a pleasure to work with and made communication easy. The installer, Abdul, was professional and efficient, and did a great job. While I did notice some small humps and a semi-noticeable seam in one spot, it didn't take away from my overall satisfaction with the end result. It also may even go away on its own, in time. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend West Valley Flooring to others looking for quality flooring and competitive pricing.”

“Absolutely amazing! I loved my experience from start to finish. We worked with Zach to select engineered hardwood and arrange to have it installed. From the get-go, Zach felt more like a knowledgeable friend instead of a salesman. I'm pretty picky, so even selecting a hardwood took a while. Zach never made me feel pressured or rushed. Zach also helped organize to have the floors installed and for a very fair price. We needed to live in our home during the install, so we needed to arrange it to be done in stages. Zach was so accommodating and communicative. He actually made the whole process very stress-free. As for the install, I am in love with how they've turned out. The install team has been clean, professional, and exactly what anyone would hope for. I cannot underscore enough how impressed I was with my experience. Zach, I tip my hat to you, sir. Justin and his crew (aka Dustin and Ivan) were extremely hard working, diligent, and, most importantly, the finished product is impeccable!
