“My wife and I had just bought a house. We pulled carpet up to find original hard wood floors. Greg Kohler was happy help and was very excited for the job. They sent a crew out and had it done in just three days!! I am so happy I called them. Our floor looks phenomenal. Thank you Greg Kohler for being there for our flooring needs. “Waited a few months after installation to write a review so I could notice anything over time. Overall purchase experience was good, the team was helpful, and I'm happy with the product we chose. There are issues with installation, mostly in the kitchen area. For example, since installation, my stove is on an angle and when cooking, all of the oil pools in the back of the pans. I don't know if the installers just didn't put in the new floors all the way to the back or what, but it's uneven and obviously not ideal. Also, within the kitchen there are multiple pieces of the flooring that have defects (chips). I figure this is because the pieces came out of the same box and shared defects, but this should be noticed by the installer and not used. There are also multiple pieces of molding in the kitchen area that no longer line up and are on different heights. When you're paying for new floors, you expect things like this to be checked.”

“Not a good experience trying to get something figured out with Jacob. There was no follow up on the few different jobs (carpet and tile) I had quoted. I actually gave them business from others I know locally, and that didn't seem to provide any advantage either. Pricing was on the high end of others I received as well.”

“I have an engineered hardwood floor that looked like it had been tenderized by a friend's shoe whose rubber sole came off and had nails digging into my floor. Greg Koehler was the just the man to contact to get the repair done. Although a low priority dollarwise, he kept on top of it, responding quickly to my texts and calls. He sent the David, the nicest repairman who replaced the damaged area so expertly you would never know it was ever repaired. Will recommend any flooring needs to Greg and company.”
