“Waited a few months after installation to write a review so I could notice anything over time. Overall purchase experience was good, the team was helpful, and I'm happy with the product we chose. There are issues with installation, mostly in the kitchen area. For example, since installation, my stove is on an angle and when cooking, all of the oil pools in the back of the pans. I don't know if the installers just didn't put in the new floors all the way to the back or what, but it's uneven and obviously not ideal. Also, within the kitchen there are multiple pieces of the flooring that have defects (chips). I figure this is because the pieces came out of the same box and shared defects, but this should be noticed by the installer and not used. There are also multiple pieces of molding in the kitchen area that no longer line up and are on different heights. When you're paying for new floors, you expect things like this to be checked.”
