“5 stars for customer service! We had some issues with some tiles shrinking on our cold basement floor in the winter. The folks at Walgenmeyer's worked with the manufacturer to determine the issue was not with how it was installed, but with the product itself. We needed to choose a different product less prone to expanding and contracting. The new product was more expensive and of course had to be installed again, but Walgenmeyer's didn't charge us for any of that. They understood that we didn't get what we expected and it really wasn't anybody's fault. Top notch!
They were also happy to work with us to achieve a somewhat difficult, curved, transition between the carpet and tile. I'm know it took extra work to do that, especially with the tile change, but they achieved it and at no additional charge. They've got some skilled people working for them.
I'd definitely recommend stopping here. You'll be treated very well.”

“Amazing customer service. Very helpful since I wasn’t sure what to buy. My house was destroyed by a flood. I lost everything and they treated me like family. The floors look amazing”

“I love my new engineered wood floors. Walgenmeyer's sales staff were very informative and super helpful - I always have a lot of questions. They have a very good selection of quality products and prices are very competitive. Removal of my old carpet and laminate was done as carefully and cleanly as possible, and installation of the new wood floors was done with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend and I will definitely work with them again.”
