“Excellent company. Tera and Jake worked above and beyond to find custom tile that fit what we were looking for and got us a good price on it straight from the manufacturer. Any other business would have probably just said “we don’t carry that” and it would be end of discussion... but that was not the case, Tera searched out what we wanted and negotiated for us. Tera maintained great communication through the whole process and was very transparent with us, she knew exactly what we wanted and spent weeks of her time trying to track it down, and even got the manufacturer to ship samples directly to us. Daryl and Jackson installed our floors and were some of the nicest, most honest and personable people we have ever had do work to our house. They were fast and efficient, yet paid very close attention to the small details. Every inch of our flooring was thought out to perfect detail, with thought given ahead to every last piece of trim and detail. They asked us when would be the best times to start each day, as not to disturb our family’s routine, and stuck to their plan exactly. Daryl even came in on the weekend for a few hours just to make sure the job got done so we could put our house back together. They went above and beyond their jobs, and you can tell that they take pride in their craftsmanship. I enjoyed having them do the work, and we had great conversation outside of just flooring.. you don’t see that kind of interpersonal business done anymore these days. Very happy with our floors and the service we were provided. Thank you! Will be doing business with you again soon”
