“Last month I ordered luxury vinyl plank flooring from your business. I was referred to you from a friend of mine. I worked with Sandy Wiseman who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and always gave me an immediate response on anything I asked her. I also called to order transition strips last week and they arrived in two days!!!! I was pleasantly surprised how very quickly they arrived! I also want to give a thank you to the young man who delivered my flooring. He was very sweet as well and he saw that I had one golden in the house and told him to look out back because there were two more. Lol! He has a golden too so we briefly discussed the breed. Anyway, I will wrap this up. I just want you all to know how very happy I am with the quality of flooring and working with Sandy, who is an absolutely darling, who went above and beyond helping me! Oh, and thank you to the owner who also responded to my numerous messages I sent in Facebook late at night. You guys are 100% awesome!!!! “We purchased new flooring for most of the house. The whole experience was good. We got everything we wanted and the installation went well. They showed up on time and worked hard. They cleaned as they worked. Everyone one we worked with sales person, measurements taker, scheduler and installation people were all very good.
