“Urban floors did a great job carpeting several rooms in my home. They were all extremely professional and accommodated my schedule when I asked them to without any difficulty. They have a great selection of product and were always willing to come to my home with multiple samples to see what would look best in each room. They also honored their original price quote even after the manufacturer increased the price of their product which was very helpful. It was very nice to have such courteous and accommodating professionals to work with and I am extremely pleased with the result of their work. I highly recommend them.”

“They provided options to me for fixing my bamboo flooring. I ended up choosing stripping the planks under washer/dryer and use those to fix the damaged area. Staff was knowledgable and installment crew was fast and professional.”

“First, our sale person Mike was outstanding! He listened to what we wanted and he found the perfect product and the perfect color! As far as the installation well…that’s a different story. The installation was stated for 1 week..it took 2 days and 2 trips back to complete the job 99.9%. The 1/4 round trim was put down it was not nailed in on several spots. There were 4 spots with adhesive that was not coming out and where our old trim was they left the nails sticking out. I noticed when I was loading our dishwasher (3 days after the job was completed)the the entire washer itself came falling forward! After the installers put the floor down they ever screwed the machine back in. It took an entire month for everything to be completed. Lastly, if you are not good with texting you need to say so to them. Majority of the commutation with the company was via text. At time with getting final questions and I had to call and say I would to actually speak to someone not text. At the end of the day do we love our floors….YES we do!”
