“The cost and quality of the carpet Twin Oaks installed for us cannot be beat. Sam was so helpful in offering us carpet that works for selling our home, and did not even try to upsell us. When there was a glitch with the carpet coming from the manufacturer, Sam called us as soon as he knew there might be an issue. And when it did end up delaying the installation, he gave us an additional discount on the carpet. The installers were polite and friendly. I especially appreciated that they were concerned that my piano would be too heavy for the floor tile, and so moved it to a different room to protect the tile. I have already told several people to call Twin Oaks, and I will continue to do so!”
