“Twin Oaks did an amazing job removing carpet, laminate and ceramic across our entire main floor and replacing it with with vinyl plank flooring. Sam was a great help in choosing the perfect product and colors. Installers were respectful, friendly and hard working. Highly recommended!”

“I gave this a 3 because I really like the product but the service wasn't that great. When my installers went to pick up the material, they were missing parts of the order. Then they went back a 2nd time and again they didn't get the whole order. I had to go to the warehouse myself to pick up the rest. I had to take off work just to get my order. Salesman kept saying he would deliver it and never did. It was nerve-wracking just trying to get my order so the job could be completed. Also I told them the amount of Sq feet and they over estimated the job so I ordered too much.”
