“I would definitely recommend Twin Brothers for your flooring needs. Very professional and always on time, from the first meeting to access the overall work & order the my tile at the store location to the day of the installation. When it was time for the installation of my tile floors, Martin, Jason & Junior all showed up on time & recapped the plan. Jason & Junior got to work immediately being careful of the placement of my appliances, and pretty much completed the job within a day only having to come back to apply the grout the next day. They went above and beyond to fix the issue that caused my water damage the ruined the floors I had prior. They took the time to replace the hose on the refrigerator!!!! Now that's outstanding customer service! Thank you!!!!”

We had several rooms, stairs and a bonus room done and found that their attention to detail was top notch. Their employees were great to work with and Mark & Dave (twins) were very knowledgeable. “We contracted with a flooring company in Zephyrhills to remove a tub and install a walk in shower. The shower leaked and ruined the carpeting in the adjacent bedroom. I contacted the company that installed it and they said they would redo the shower. But they kept dragging it out and telling it would a while to schedule it. Then they quit returning my calls. After being given the run around for a few months I went into the store to speak with the owner, only to find out that the store had been sold to Twin Brothers. At that point I was afraid that I would never get my shower fixed. But I called Twin Brothers and explained the situation and they told me they would come out and look at it. One of the owners promptly came out and inspected the shower and the damage the water had caused. To my surprise and great satisfaction they told me that they would care of replacing the shower and the floor in the bedroom at no charge to me. Most companies will stand behind their work, but I was amazed that they came in and replaced someone else's mistakes. I would recommend Twin Brothers to anyone they did a beautiful job.”

“So guys.....you gotta hear this!! I was marketing for carpet removal 🤮 and tile that looks like wood to be installed. I received 3 estimates, and they all came back with just pennies difference. We studied all the companies, reviews and BBB. Simply because when we put in our pool, that was a living nightmare let me just tell you!! Satan owned that pool company, not even lying!! We inquired if this company allowed for "first responder" discounts. Without hesitation....YES YES YES we do. Needless to say we went with Twin Brothers Flooring! And I am thanking the good Lord above we did! The process was easy. We didn't lift a hand, finger or toe. The guys did it ALL. And you know what else, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. Guys they even mopped my garage floors when they were done! Not even kidding. So, don't pass go, don't collect $200, like the monopoly game, go straight to TWIN BROTHERS FLOORING. And when you do, ask for Martin, Jason, and Yasmany for your team! We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE that team. And if we had to do it all over again, TWIN BROTHERS FLOORING, hands down. “Highly Recommended! We had a little over 2000 Sq/Ft of tile removed (real dusty mess, they warned us too), and installed luxury vinyl flooring and carpet by Twin Brothers. They’ve been great company to work with from the very beginning all the way to the end. I can’t say enough good things about the install team, they had meticulous workmanship, cleaned up after themselves every day and asked questions. This is a company that truly did what they said they were going to do. We had a supervisor show up every day to check on thing and asked how things were going, that’s a rare thing with contractors today.”
