From the sales consultant to installers of our flooring, the responsiveness, care, and attention to detail by everyone was outstanding. Every question we had about flooring choices was answered promptly, and we appreciated the helpful advice given about brands. We were beyond delighted - highly impressed with the timeliness and consistency of the install team. Most companies told us our project would be 10-14 days, and the team at Twin Brothers did it in 5!! From moving our furniture to installing, to vacuuming at the end of each day, the team we had was exceptional. “TB removed my engineered wood and tell it with luxury plank vinyl. The massive demolition was handled skillfully and then their skills were demonstrated. The floors were meticulously prepared for the new flooring: removed the old glue, smooth the surface, level it in several areas, two applications of foundation sealant plus a vinyl waterproofing layer. The actual laying of the vinyl plank seemed relatively easy but I watched them carefully measure the placement to insure straight lines and seemless finish along the edges. I was thrilled that they removed the old floors without damaging my 7” baseboards. Other companies I interviewed assumed that was impossible.TB layer quarter round along the edges to provide a finished loo. The crews worked cheerfully and efficiently long days to get the job done on time. Oh and, pricing was very fair! Can’t recommend this family owned company enough !”
