From the minute we walked in the door we knew we were in good hands with Tammy who helped us find the perfect flooring for our house! She truly cares about each client and that was evident from beginning to end throughout the entire process. We chose a gray luxury vinyl plank and it has completely modernized and transformed our house beyond belief. Additionally, the gentlemen who did the installation paid very close attention to details and ensured it was installed with care and precision. Not only were they really kind to us and professional, but they also finished quicker than we had anticipated considering tile had to be torn up. “We wanted to replace the carpeting in our house with a nice hardwood. After contacting several flooring companies we called Tim Hogan's in Haltom City and spoke with Tammie. While waiting for other companies to get back with us and bid on the project, Tammie came to our home after work the same day to bring samples and take measurements. We drove to their shop the next day and picked out the hardwood for our project from an incredibly wide selection of samples. We found exactly the color, grain and type of flooring needed. After receiving bids from other companies, Tammie's was the best price and most responsive. Since their installers are also their employees, it was installed within the week. The six man installation crew was courtious, professional, fast, and very thorough. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The product and installation were high quality at a great value. Tammie was professional yet very personable and easy to work with. The service and process was responsive and on time. We are extremely pleased and recommend them without reservation.”
