Tammy's knowledge of the different types of carpet and the range of different options was very helpful. She kept us informed about the status of the order and arranged for installation on a convenient date. After the carpet was ordered, the time to get the carpet installed was less than two weeks and the installation team did a great job with removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet/pad in our entire upstairs and staircase. Their seam work is perfect and the new floors are a major improvement to our home. We recommend this company for their focus on customer satisfaction, quality products and quick, professional installation.”
