“They were first to upgrade everything, said 3-5 days delivery took 3 weeks. The floor sample did not match what we picked. They took the material back, but have to take them to court for a refund. Stay away their customer service is bottom of the barrel and their prices are very high. Save your money and stress and go with someone else.”

“After have time placed 2 1/2 years ago by a Tile Outlet employee who did a terrible job in several months places. After spending much time placing phones calls to Mitch with no reply I finally ventured into the store and was again dismissed by Mitch. The new owner David was very helpful and arranged for the kitchen floor to be repaired. St his expense! Allen was sent to take care of the “mistake”! Three days later the work was done and the floor no longer is cracked or crackles when walked across. Bad follow up service from Mitch but Dave came through. Appreciate their assistance in getting this done. Thank you Sandi P”
