“We've been dealing with the Tile Outlet for years, both as its been owned by Father and now Son. We've purchased both kitchen counter tops and tile flooring throughout our home. They've been there to answer any of our concerns with it obvious that their primary concern is making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tile or countertops.”

“Just wanted to give a response to the service I received at tile outlet. Haden went way above the service I should have received we started a project for a new office desk at my house and we ended up being short of backsplash by about 5 ft went in and there was a few pieces but already sold so he took his time and reached out to each client that had bought the pieces seeing if they were going to use it unfortunately for us they all needed there pieces instead of just calling me and saying sorry they need there pieces he went way above and went and looked through all there spare broken pieces and actually took the time to cut to size and polish for us to get our project done can't say enough about the customer service”
