Upon entering the store we were greeted by Victory, the store owner. Victory was nothing less than amazing! Not only did she help us choose the perfect vinyl plank flooring, but she also went out of her way to get us the best price. When my husband told Victory that he was planning to install the floor himself, she really took an interest in our project, answering all of our questions and educating us along the way. Victory even made several calls on our behalf to help coordinate aspects of our project that did not benefit her, we were pretty blown away. It seems that post-COVID it is really hard to find a business that goes the extra mile for its customer, but Victory did that and we are so grateful. On a scale of 1-10, we would rate Victory at Tile Liquidators a 100!!”
