“Knowledgable showroom staff, skillful installers. We had outdoor tile installed, and then repaired a year later after we added a pillar for an awning. They were swift both times and did a great job.”

“They did our outdoor tile and were the only contractor we hired that year that actually did a good job. They tiles were placed beautifully, level, and cut in unique designs. When we installed a roof extension, tiles were damaged in order to cut a hole for the support pillar. Baytown floors came back and patched the area so well I would never be able to tell it wasn’t part of the original design.”

“We recently changed out our carpet for vinyl flooring. The salesman (James) was super patient with us as we took home sample after sample over many days. He was never pushy and never tried to up-sell us on anything. He was perfectly on time for the free estimate, and his crew was on time for the install to the hour (unusual for contracting work!) They worked hard and knocked out the project in a day and we love the result. I would recommend Baytown Floors to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their flooring.”

“Flooring was great, however one of the helpers put a hole in my wall. When the supervisor asked if he did it, he said it was already like that. Ummm no! I don’t think so 😡 Now we’re stuck trying to make repairs on a wall with wall paper that’s 20 years old.”
