“My husband and I are very much pleased with the service we received from Baytown Floors. They were referred by a family member, related to us that used their services last year where they had installed hardwood floors...and it was beautiful. I contact Baytown Floors on Wednesday, Aug 29th and spoke with Omar...I told him exactly what I wanted-hardwood floors. I gave him the brand type and color along with the measurements. He called back in about 20 mins...with and estimate. His estimate was a fare price, so I called my husband to discuss it with him and he was ok with pricing. I called back and spoke with Mr. Helmi...found out he was the owner, this is good. I then ask when could I have this service done. He said Friday...keep in mind we live in Montgomery, miles and miles away. He assured me that he could have a crew there Friday and they would have the job done probably Friday evening...guaranteeing I would love the work. Jose and his crew was at my house at 9:00 a.m. Friday and was done by 6:00 p.m. My FLOORS are beautiful and I mean beautiful (Hardwood -Alamo-Bowie), the crew was pleasant, professional with good customer service. James was our sales rep and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process from measuring and bringing samples home to some sound advice about the aesthetics when trying to match or contrast existing flooring. The flooring crew that installed the floors were kind and professional and did a beautiful job on our tile as well as a good cleanup job upon completion. We will not hesitate to use them again.”
