Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to about 5 pieces of flooring in my hallway that were cut too short and often slide to expose the subfloor underneath. Asked about that and was told to just kick it back in to place when it happens. So I'm kicking the flooring back in place every couple weeks.”

“We used The Flooring Guys to replace the carpet in our main 2 levels in our home. I had a great experience working with Chris to get it picked out, measured, ordered and coordinate the install. He was very responsive, professional and clearly laid out what to expect in the process. Steve and Matt did the tear out, removal and install. Both of them were very kind, professional and timely. I was fully expecting we’d have to touch up walls and trim, but to my surprise there was minimal scuff marks and the carpet looks amazing!!! Thank you!”
