“I’ve had both tile and carpet installed by The Flooring Guys. Service was phenomenal!! Could not be happier with 1.) they showed up when they said they would. 2.) they communicated with me throughout the process. 3.) they followed up to make sure we liked the finished product. They were less than the Big Box store for product but a little more for installation. Which to me evened the cost out to be comparable but with the service aspect at a 5 of 5! Love our floors now! ”

“They say the best way to maintain a business is good customer service. This is a day and age where there are all sorts of snags such as production hitches, craftsman shortages and customer weariness on selecting top notch contractors. Now I am an avid reader of customer satisfaction ratings, prolific fan of supporting local businesses. Yet, I wonder when a business gets so big — do they say “small jobs” don’t matter and only placate the small profit customer. Well, I’ve called the owner—Sean Thompson— not once but twice- had a text message delivered to him twice and he has called me once— stating he will have production place me on the books — after sending him the picture of a very small flooring tile job ( we have left over tile from the porcelain flooring that was laid) around our newly placed shower which would only take a skilled porcelain tile specialist—as the ratings say they are less than an hour—guess the job is truly too small in comparison to the pictures of the other high rollers. But I believe in local and will always support local therefore my rating will stay a 3 and Sean Thompson—I am still waiting to be placed on the books! I’ll keep you posted!”
