“I am way overdue in writing this review. We had Armstrong Pryzm flooring installed in our large great room, dining room and bedroom back in October 2017. We were their first customers to use this brand of new flooring and a bit nervous because it is a "hybrid" flooring similar to luxury vinyl tile. Karam, Susan and the installers were all very professional, accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with. In fact, we researched and obtained estimates from other flooring companies and Karam matched the lowest estimate. The installers were experienced, skilled workers. There were a few spots during the installation that had to be replaced and they took care of it immediately. We recently had some movement of one of the "boards" and when we informed Karam he immediately made arrangements for the installers to come back out and fix it. It was a quick fix but regardless it was handled quickly. Our floors look amazing and we are extremely happy. We would highty recommend Karam and his team and feel confident that if we have any issues in the future, it will be taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction.”

“The Floor King just completed the installation in our family room. The entire process from first visiting the store and Karam taking the time to make sure we selected the product most suited to our situation through the installation process was seamless. He paitiently worked with us throughout the process including three visits to our home, before, during & after to make sure we were completely satisfied. The installers were mature, professional and hardworking and the installation is superb. We are extremely pleased with every aspect and found the pricing to be extremely competitive, the difference maker is the personal touch backed by the terrific installation team!”

“I purchased hard surface flooring and installation services from The Floor King and the flooring was installed in July of 2018. Here are my comments on various aspects of my experience. Management/Customer Service: I dealt primarily with Karam H******* and found him to be extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and honest. I really felt that he cares a great deal about providing an excellent customer experience and seeing to it that the job is done right. I had some concerns about the condition of my concrete sub-floor and wanted to make sure that I selected a product and underlayment that would be suitable for my particular situation. Karam was very patient and worked with me to address all of my concerns over a period of several weeks. Then, on the first day of installation, his installers felt that there might be a potential problem with the condition of the flooring material. After contacting Karam with their concerns, he immediately came to my home to see for himself and then called the local Armstrong reps to insist that come and have a look, approve the installation and provide a guarantee that Armstrong would honor the warranty should anything show up later. Installation: The installation team of Jack, Phil and Donnie were the best. All mature, highly experienced, highly skilled, super nice guys and very hard working. They carefully moved and replaced all of my furniture without any damage whatsoever, except for one tiny dent on one wall. No big deal. The flooring looks amazing and I honestly can't really find any installation mistakes at all. It's virtually perfect. I wish I could attach a picture to this review, to show how good it really looks. Pricing: I had another quote and found The Floor King to be merely competitive, but it's all about the installation, in my opinion, and that's where they really shined.”

“My husband and I decided to get the whole first floor done with new flooring and we were referred to Karam at The Floor King. Karma met us on a Sunday morning at his store which was so nice of him as his shop isn't open then but it fit with the hours we work and that was much appreciated. From the moment we met him we just knew we were going to have great service and quality work. He let us take samples home and then he even came out to our house and got a better feel for what we wanted. We were going on vacation and so we set up installation while we were gone. I have to say we we nlown away when we walked into the house, it was absolutely beautiful. His installers were so good and neat, they had all of my furniture back in place perfectly. You would have never known there was any work done with how nice they left everything. I would recommend the Floor King to anyone getting flooring, great service, excellent work and we were very happy with the price. Great job Karam, we love our floors so much everyone that comes over is just amazed at how beautiful they look and how the floorjust flows from one room to the next. We just can't say enough how happy we are with your work.”

“Can’t say enough how happy I am that I went to Floor King! Floor King did not actually carry the flooring I was looking for, but they said they could locate it and order it, When Karam first came over for the estimate I could tell this was a family business just by how attentive he was to details and how much he seemed to care about making us happy with the way it would be installed. Once his crew started laying down the floor they realized it was defective. While I was disappointed in the flooring manufacturer I was so thankful he hired experienced installers that would actually identify something was wrong! Each box ended up having the same manufacturing defect. Karam knew I had a time crunch with other scheduled contractors and was concerned about simply ordering the same flooring as more defective material could be shipped. He took the time and made the effort to find a replacement (that we actually liked even better!) and arranged for it to be delivered quickly. He even arranged for his crew to install it the very next week. I would certainly go back and recommend Floor King to my family and friends!! Great prices, skilled installers and most important great service!”
