“Awesome customer service and a quality product. I was looking for a quote for carpet and flooring for my newly remodeled basement. I had an idea of what I wanted and Karam came out and met with me. He gave me a better option for the basement and it ended up being less expensive and actually better quality. “During the building process things can get stressful and tiresome. By the time I got to flooring, carpeting and tiling I was pretty exhausted with the process. Then I met the crew at The Floor King and it rejuvenated me to want to finish strong. First I want to start off with how professional Karam and his team are. They were first class all the way. Second being a picky person and very particular it didn't faze them. They were able to provide me with a considerable amount of knowledge and tips. They are extremely hands on with the whole process. The Floor King took my house to an average home and made it feel like a million dollar home with out price gauging me like so many of their competitors.(Trust me a got several quotes).
