“We shopped around at 3 other flooring stores before coming here and, I gotta say the Carpet Store was the best experience by far. Jose was an excellent rep, very professional and knowledgable in the product. Of the different stores I went to, Jose was above and beyond everybody else. The store itself is also much more professionally laid out and polished compared to other stores. The installers were very professional and got the job done right. They initially estimated 3 days for completion but got it done in just 2 days, including the stairs (they look so good with the white riser). There was a slight mix-up in communicating some floor prep costs. But again, Jose was extremely professional in explaining everything and helping me have the best experience.”

“Jared was of great help and always willing to help. An issue was encountered when removing some old damage floor and he came to check and provide great input. The installation team Dave and Dan from Mink's flooring were extremely professional and friendly. Dave and Dan level the floor with such an ease. They installed the new flooring with a lot of attention to detail. Dave provided excellent input and he made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I absolutely recommend Jared at Carpet Store and Dave and Dan from Mink's flooring for flooring needs.”
