“David and Stephen were early and floors went in quicker than anticipated. They look amazing! However, we did find knicks on the freshly painted walls in a couple places, and wall damage in the kitchen from moving the refridgerator and trying to slide it through an opening that was too small rather than go around. We also had to wipe off a few hand prints from the walls. They gave me the wrong sales receipt and when I asked about the amount difference he said that was my deposit. Happy with the product and the installers were friendly, but they need to be a bit more careful with where they place their hands, how they move large appliances and double check invoices.”

“Gus and the team at Carpet Guys did a great job installing carpet in our basement and on our stairs! They also installed vinyl planks in our downstairs bathroom. They were so quick to install it and very professional. We definitely recommend them!”

“Would have been 5 stars, but we had issues with our first crew that came out to install. We worked with Dawn at the main office who was fantastic and understood our plight. She helped us get things cleared up and sent a second crew out the next morning. The crew led by David more than made up for the miscue of the initial try. They arrived early on a Saturday morning and worked relentlessly straight through 7:00pm to get the job done - and done with utmost quality. 5 stars for Dawn and David's crew and overall value and quality, -1 star for the issues on the initial date.”

“What an amazing company and friendly great hard working people. I had a great experience with The Carpet Guys from start to finish. I was hesitant to get rid of my 40yr old carpet, but my kids wanted me to get laminate flooring. The sales person Robert came out and didn't try to oversell me anything, was very nice, listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions to save money. Justin and Chris were the installers that came to the house and had such a mess with my old carpet that was so nasty. They took it all outside in record speed and had the flooring in so fast, they were just so good and nice to my little grandson too. Just amazing hard workers they were, would definitely recommend them, very punctual, right on time, cleaned there mess inside and outside. My best friend also just had her whole house done with carpet and was also very happy with them.”

“They were able to get it measured out and installed in 3 days time. Overall happy with the install. The price was a bit high but it’s a trade off for how quickly we needed it done.”
