Glenn really spent the time to help us make the best decision for our home and our family, also our three dogs. Glenn's knowledge of the flooring industry was vast and very helpful. “I cannot say enough about Atlanta Floor Store! From the moment I called to inquire, Josh was with us every step of the way! He went above and beyond and was very helpful. I really like that when we went to the showroom, he did not overwhelm me and try to rush me into buying something. He gave us a brief tour then told us to literally pull out any sample (which I did of course). When he came for an estimate he was prompt and brought samples I liked. He never rushed my decision, but I decided to get it done sooner rather than later and he was able to accommodate and make it happen before I moved all my furniture. When I walked in I was in awe. I ended up picking the perfect floors and it was actually something Josh picked out with a few others he thought I’d like based on other samples we talked about. The result is night and day and I don’t even recognize my condo. Not to mention, I had a dishwasher that was crooked and not in line due to previous flooring that was done. He got a plumber in and now it is perfect! Thank you Josh and the entire team! I’m so happy and will recommend Atlanta Floor Store time and time again!”

“When we wanted to replace our old carpeting, we got three different estimates. The estimates were all pretty similar, and it was hard to decide. I realized that of the three salesmen, Sam was the one we felt was the most sincere and honest. He took time to show us all our choices and explained how the whole install would play out. He kept in touch in a friendly way while we decided. We just had the carpeting installed yesterday and the day before, and the whole process went so smoothly! The two installers were such hard workers and so nice, and they were careful moving our furniture. The new carpeting is in and it looks fantastic! I highly recommend Atlanta Floor Store if you are considering carpeting (since that's what we did). It was a very enjoyable experience!”
