“Sam was very courteous and professional in the show room and in our home while measuring for our kitchen floor. The installers were meticulous. The new flooring looks amazing and greatly improves the look of our kitchen. The price for the flooring and installation was very reasonable. When the installers were able to reuse our existing quarter-round, they reported that back to the store, and the cost of new quarter-round was subtracted from our final payment - that honesty and integrity is heart-warming. “What a fabulous experience we have had with Atlanta Floor Store! Everything has been perfect from the selection of new carpet and linoleum, clarity of pricing and the plan, installation of linoleum and carpet throughout an entire floor and two tricky stairways, and additional one-off items we asked of the company. All has proceeded beautifully without a single issue, and the end result looks fantastic. Josh is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and could not be more responsive, knowledgeable, accommodating, easy to work with, and attentive to the details that are required for successful installation, as planned, on the day that is committed. Everyone we have dealt with in the process has been on their game, with a focus on great customer service and producing the very best result. The one-offs we needed done included reinstalling a section of existing carpet and new padding in the basement that had been flooded, making five serged area rugs with integrated pads, making a new pad for a very large area rug, and participating in choosing the binding and serging colors for the stairway and the area rugs. Josh and the team were accommodating and responsive to all of these needs, despite the fact that they were somewhat ancillary to our main business together. The Atlanta Floor Store team and the results they produce are outstanding.”
