“8 years ago Suttles refinished floors for me and they were great and the stain has held up well. For this project Suttles did bring samples to the house and matched a hardwood sample to my current hardwood. I appreciate that they came to the house. Unfortunately there were bad reviews about the product on the internet. I visited the showroom to discuss other possibilities and this did not go well. I was not shown a variety of different manufacturers with various price points. I was rushed. I made a hasty decision and now have hardwood floors that have a lot of red. I know they can be refinished but am kicking myself that I did not go several places before making a decision.”
