They went over all of the options and once we were ready, they got us scheduled. The installation team was very professional. They did a great job installing the carpet and with the clean up. We will be recarpeting our upstairs very soon and when we do we will be using Suttles. Todd, Julie and the team at Suttles are the best in the business!”

And then, I made the correct chose. David (quote for work to be accomplished), Julie (real customer service/sales), Tony and Tony2 ('A' team installers) were the dream team for my project. The objective was to replace 10-year-old carpet with engineered vinyl planks (EVPs) in several bedrooms, hallways, and my office on the first floor. Tony and Tony2 showed up on time, two-day job, each day. The installers are clean, hardworking, and professional. I learned a lot about my project from the dream team. “We had flooring put in the entire downstairs of our house and the job was big and it only took 3 days to do . The 2 guys (Tony and Thoney) were so polite and professional , it was hard to get then to stop for lunch . Everyday they left the house clean and looking better than the day before . There are 8 dogs in the house and they were great with all of them. I highly recommend Suttles Flooring , we also had carpet in 2 bedrooms upstairs and it was done in a couple hours and looks great. Very professional and great to work with . Thank you all so very much”
