Tina and her team assisted my husband and I on 3 separate rounds of selections (as we are choiceful purchasers), ultimately finding the correct carpets for our basement living/sleeping areas and upstairs closets. They also handled a small shipping issue with grace, communication, and concessions. Overall, I was very happy with their flexibility, expertise, and service. This type of personal service and attention to detail is just not something you find very often anymore. Miriam was extremely knowledgeable about all of the options we considered for our carpet and padding choices, and was accommodating of all of our issues and concerns about the delivery and installation process. The installers were polite, experienced, efficient and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a gorgeous carpet, ready for us to return the furniture to the room without having to do another thing. We could not be more pleased. “There are hundreds of samples on display which is amazing because it is really hard to shop for carpets online without being able to feel the material before you make a decision. Another big plus for me is that this is a locally owned business and the owners were actually in the store helping me make decisions.”
