“We had used Seestedt's for a couple small areas in the past. It was time to update our walkout basement. We knew we wanted carpeting for the family room area and linoleum for the entry at the walkout. I am not savey when it comes to decorating but we were guided through the whole process. At the store I was greeted by Clare Weber. I was trying to describe what we were looking for in flooring. Clare knows her product and was able to interpret my poor description and guide me in the process of looking and deciding. Most importantly she did this with patience. At the end of it, I felt like we were important customers and our satisfaction was important to Seestedt's. Installation was done professionally. They were on time, knew what they were doing and cleaned up at the end. We had a burn hole in older carpet that we had the installers repair with the remnant we had left over. We can not tell where it was repaired. The whole process was wonderful from options for flooring, guiding us through the process with Clare who is very knowledgable to the install of new flooring and the repair of older flooring. Professional and knowledgable!”
