“I love this establishment! Not only family owned but operated, from store to install! The ladies that work in the store are so helpful! They ask you what you need, what are looking for and whats your budget. They make sure you look at more than one color, pattern and or textures. They make sure you take samples home! They want you to be happy with your purchased and make sure it looks good from ceiling to floor. That it will match your wood working and painted walls. The installers are very professional in there install and respectful of your home and property. If you have questions about what they are doing and how they are doing they will take the time to answer any of them. They are also extremely flexible. They have done 2 big jobs for me remodeling houses and have nothing but accommodating and helpful in every way they could! Thank you Schnornberg's!!! I will use you again and again!”

“We shopped around at several different places for luxury vinyl plank. We looked through Costco, Zurn's in slinger, and Schnorenberg's. Schnorenberg had the best price by far and the best initial customer experience. Their pricing is VERY transparent and they run sales on different products. I appreciated their courteous customer service and how friendly everyone in the office and on their crews were. Matt and his team did an amazing job, and my husband and I love our floors. We would absolutely work with them again! We often think, "why didn't we do this sooner." The luxury vinyl plank is beautiful and perfect for Wisconsin weather.”

“"Breathed New Life into our Dining Room/Hallway!" - When my Wife and I went to Schnorenberg Floor Covering to look at new flooring options for our Dining Room/Hallway we had a very knowledgeable Salesperson who helped guide us in the right direction. Our Salesperson discussed several different options in terms of durable Laminate Flooring; and she was able to professionally discuss the Pro's & Con's of each Manufacturer's Product that they offered for sale. When my Wife and I had it narrowed down to 2-3 options, she let us take samples home to verify everything would match with our home's decor. Upon picking out the ideal Laminate Flooring, I went in the next day and confirmed our choice and immediately set up a time for a quote. Our Salesperson kindly let us know that they were very busy; but would get us worked into their schedule, and would even accommodate a time that worked with our busy schedules. In a few days we had a call from Jerry Schnorenberg to schedule a time for an estimate. When Jerry arrived for our estimate he helped answer our questions about how we wanted the flooring laid out to help maximize the feel of the space; and made sure all of our concerns were addressed so we had piece of mind with our new flooring. By the end of that business day, Jerry had a quote e-mailed to me to which I was able to promptly call and confirm the quote for install/order. In about 7 business days or less, Jerry contacted me to let me know my flooring had arrived and we worked out the specifics for install. When our Floor Installation began Matt & Dominic (i.e. Schnorenberg Floor Covering Installers) arrived on time for our appointment. They quickly set up shop, and began removing our old flooring and making sure the Sub-Floor was in good condition. Once our old flooring was removed they immediately began installing the new flooring in our Dining Room/Hallway. During this time I had brief discussions with Matt & Dominic who both had friendly and upbeat demeanor's, and answered any questions I had about the install. Once the work was completed, they swept/vacuumed out our Main Floor where the work was conducted to get rid of any work debris; and then wiped down our flooring to remove any dust, and make sure there were no abrasions after install. Install of our New Laminate Flooring is Night & Day compared to our old flooring; and has rejuvenated this area of our home into a Cozy and Comfortable atmosphere. My Hat is Off to Schnorenberg Floor Covering. Their Sales/Install Staff including Jerry Schnorenberg, Matt and Dominic have far exceeded my Wife and I's expectations; and we will definitely being doing business with them when it is time to remodel our Kitchen in the future.
