“Schnorenberg Floor was my second choice with my latest project. After thirty years of changing things up I decided a clean, look room to room, throughout the whole house was required. I had always just gone to "the other" major provider in my area in the past so why not go there again? Had them out for an estimate walk through but had issues getting a cost number, and clarity for some pending questions I had. I stopped at the store three times and each time was greeted by confused staff with a promise to have original estimator get back with me to finalize. I gave up waiting for that call and went to Schnorenberg's next. Well, I should have gone there first! Quick service for the walk through and estimate with Matt. I changed up my original request, and Matt responded right away with new proposal. Deposit made, install date set, we were ready to roll. Rob and crew arrived each day, on time, as expected. Five working days and these guys were great to deal with. I did most of the preliminary prep work (cost savings) by removing trims and old flooring in each room. They had me beat with two professionals to one wanna' be, but they worked around my incompetence each day and never complained. Final product looks great, just like we hoped it would. Did I mention no curve balls, (?) as original estimate was accurate with no upcharges for any of the "extra" touches Matt and Rob helped me with. Totally a pleasure to work with. My advice is don't just go to "the other place" because you have for many years. They have changed in my opinion, and I highly recommend Schnorenberg's Floor Covering for all of your future projects. “We had Schnorenberg install LVP several years ago. Recently, a few joints began to open up. Matt came to our house, took several pictures and told me how it would could easily be fixed. When I asked how about the cost of repair, he said no charge. Rob came out a couple of weeks later, fixed the issue and you would be hard pressed to find the joints that had opened up.”
