“Dust free. The floors are great. We had some water damaged areas and replaced carpet with hardwood in some areas. They also had to match up with 2 preexisting floor areas. Every thing was done great.”

“I love my new floors and runner. Dave, Liz and Jill made the experience enjoyable. After I met with Dave at my home, I went to the showroom to look at wood and stain samples. Lacking color coordination, I was thrilled when Dave, Liz and Jill all came over to assist and give me their expertise. The floor is stunning. I love my runner. “Overall, I am happy with my experience with Schmidt Custom Flooring and I would use them again. The job was done on time and the quote was accurate with no surprises. Their customer service is great too. There was a defect in one of the planks that were installed. They had someone out the next day to replace it. They seemed to do a mediocre job of reinstalling the baseboards though. Some other things to be aware of (not necessarily bad just be aware) are that they don’t move appliances and they don’t reconnect toilets.”
