“We purchased carpet several years ago from Satolli after renovating the second floor of our century home. Eric was extremely helpful in educating us and advising in specific choices. The installers came on time and were very patient with our curious children. The carpet looked great and every scrap, string, lint and wrapper was removed when finished. We have 9 children and have been VERY satisfied over these years with the installation , long-term durability, stain-resistance and look of our carpet. In fact, the carpet held up better than the polyurethane stair treads in the same traffic path. At this rate it might be another 10 years before we need to replace the carpet, but our now grown children will be going to Satolli sooner. (the uploaded pic is current after 12 years of constant use)”
