“Dad needed new carpet but cannot hear well enough to make appointments for himself. He asked me to call Satolli Carpet & Floor Covering to see if they were open so he could go in person to make choices. I spoke with Eric Thompson and explained that I live in Tulsa, but was helping my dad. From start to finish, he was helpful and thorough. He kept me in the loop with dad's choices, and when the work was completed. He even let me know that Dad called him twice to say how pleased he was. (I already knew that, though, since Dad had kept me informed, too!). Bottom line is that Dad is so pleased with his new carpet, the installation and price. Eric was great to deal with. Very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He listened as I explained what I was looking for and showed me several options in various price ranges until I found the one that worked best for me.
