Everyone is friendly, and Ray was great and super responsive when handling estimates & my order, and even when I keep coming back for one more bag of thinset or strip of Schluter Kerdi membrane! “Ray and the team at SP Floors were easy to work with and the process was seamless. We spent a few Saturdays deciding on the Hardwood. We then scheduled time for the measurements, we ordered the hardwood, scheduled the delivery and install. Install staff did a great job, excellent craftsmen who encountered some issues around fireplace but were able to resolve. Since our family room is a step down, Freddie and install team had to install oak around the step down and did a great job with the finishes. Ray was always in contact and followed up upon completion. I would definitely recommend SP Floors.”
