“Priced out whole house upgrade of vinyl tile flooring and carpet through a few local companies. SP was the most reasonable quote in terms of pricing vs. quality so we went with them. Sales process was not the best experience but serviceable as we already did most of the legwork and research. Also, they ordered the wrong carpet for us which wasn't apparent until it showed up for install 5 weeks later. It was same color and quality so we didn't mind. Two crews (one vinyl and one carpet) were subcontracted out but were fast and friendly. Both did great work! Overall pleased with everything and the flooring looks great. We are a few months removed from install. Don't have experience with post install service so can't comment on that.”
