“We were searching for a match to an older pattern tile (renovations) so yesterday went to Ritchies in Moncton. They went over the top to try and assist us. The customer service was AMAZING, to say the least! The store was busy but they took the time to search through every location. Then they even went online to try and find a match for us. They also gave us a website address where we would have access to do another search of our own. All their efforts were very much appreciated! Stephanie and Stephen we can't thank you enough for your patience yesterday. You have your customer service skills down to a fine art!!”
