“Have been going to Ritchies for a few decades now for all flooring. Had an issue last time we were there, not at a store level, but at a wholesaler level and Adam Ritchie personally came back to the shop at 15 minutes prior to closing after him leaving to head home for the day, talked to the manufacturer and made things happen, as good Managers / Owners do, when issues arise. Anyways, from one business owner to another, its great to see family businesses thriving based on quality products and excellent customer service.
