“very caring. I wanted a certain color carpet that my daughter had gotten from them last year. I was disappointed that they no longer make that type. the young man took it upon himself to call to make sure that it was no longer available. even when it didn't show up on the computer. he was very patient. because I was going back and forth on a second choice. had my heart set on the color. well he suggested a few and I was very pleased with his suggestion. I want to thank him for being patient with a stubborn ol' women. the carpet layers were very courteous and did a great job. even helped get the couch out. very appreciative. the whole experience was fantastic. I will definitely be going back for all my flooring needs. thanks again! ❤”

“Great customer service! I was looking for a specific kind of carpet/color and they found it! Install was amazing, they took care of all the heavy lifting and left my house looking brand new! I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
