“Sherry at Richmond Carpet Outlet was so helpful in the selection process of colors and patterns of flooring. We were able to show her the room looks we liked and she was able to help us pick flooring we love to tie it all together! She was very helpful and patient, never pushy. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful, able to answer all of our questions. They personally came out to measure our rooms. We love the flooring for the bathroom, so durable with a great feel.
