“This place is fantastic! I just had my floors redone and they did an outstanding job. Latif and his crew are incredible. To give one example on how they strive for perfection, they had it installed half of the floor and on day two they noticed something wasn't right and went back and fixed it before proceeding to the rest of the floor. That says a lot! They were able to address all my concerns (and there we many- because I used the floor repair kit that left screws sticking out of the subfloor) and we're so wonderful to work with. Latif was telling me that many of their past clients consider them family and now I know why.”

“Amir and his team were fantastic and the quality of the hardwood and installation were top notch. We had a poor experience with another third party contractor so we’ve been looking for someone to redo our floors for two years. We feel very lucky to have found Amir and his team. They take great care, are detail oriented, and go above and beyond to deliver a great product. No supply chain issues, they had the material all on hand. It’s been one week since installation and we cannot stop smiling at how great it turned out. Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Renaissance Floors and the salesman, Latif. The wall-to-wall carpet in our basement had been ripped out due to some flooding. I love the vinyl flooring that Latif helped me pick out that is impervious to water. What is most impressive is the customer service that Latif provided when I discovered after placing my order, but before it was installed, that there was still water coming into the basement. Latif came to our home and helped us diagnose where it may have been coming in from. That was totally above and beyond my expectations from a flooring salesman! Then he patiently waited 5 months for us to get it fixed and test that was actually fixed (i.e. waiting for lots of rain). When we ready, Latif scheduled our install within a couple of weeks. The crew who did the install were very professional and skilled. The craftsmanship is professional and our floor is beautiful!”
