“We recently had carpet installed in 3 rooms, hallway and stairs by Reality Carpet in Rocky Point. Everything went perfectly from the first time walking into the store last week until the job was completed all within 1 week! Joanne greeted me and totally understood what I was looking for. She made it so easy to help us make a decision about the color and type of carpet we needed. The owner, Jordan, personally came to the house to measure, with some great suggestions, but more importantly got the job done on time and within our budget. The installers, John and Frank , were professional, polite, neat, showed up on time, and did an amazing job ! We highly recommend Reality Carpet for all your flooring needs, you won’t be disappointed ! They truly add a personal, professional touch that you will never get from a big box store!”

“What a great store. Joanne is terrific. She even came over to our home and helped us decide what flooring would go in our living room.Everyone was very professional and so friendly.. The installers were great and did a beautiful job. We have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors. I would definitely recommend them. We are so very happy with the flooring.”
