“Quality carpets has been a hidden gem for me. Breah and the other staff have been so helpful, Breah in particular from the moment I walked in was a refreshing take on customer service. She took ALOT of time to help me pick samples, listened to my needs, and honestly made the experience like shopping with a girlfriend, I'm truly thankful. I also want to mention they allow you to take large samples home which is a great option to see how they look in your home.”

“Drew is the man who came and installed my tile. He was AMAZING .. it is so hard to find people that do great work and are trustworthy. This man was personable and his work is just perfect. From start to finish he treated my home and family (kids dogs me and my husband) with respect. As for Quality Carpets this is my third time using them ( carpet bamboo hardwood and tile). It was a really good experience all three times.”

“While shopping for new flooring we were so pleased as to how knowledgeable the saleswomen were. Mike the owner came and measured out our job and gave us some awesome suggestions. We thought it was great the owner came on-site. Today we had our luxury vinyl tile floating flooring installed by Gary of Quality Carpets in Glassboro. The job needed a lot of prep work as ceramic tile was the previous flooring. We also had a section of tile that went beyond the kitchen into the hallway which he tore out and that was no easy job! Wow, Gary sure knew what he was doing. I can’t say enough about his craftsmanship, professionalism and personality! Our carpenter was also on site. At the end of the job he said Gary did a beautiful job, our carpenter doesn’t give out compliments lightly. We live in a 93 year old home in need of TLC. We will definitely go to Quality Carpets of Glassboro for our future needs!”

“We had made other attempts of getting our flooring done, and Quality Carpet was the best for us. During the last year just getting an estimate was tough. The price of the flooring was, I’ll admit, higher than expected but they were helpful and honest on how we could bring the price down some. Waiting for the flooring installation was the hardest part. The installers were incredibly personable, which was important because they were here all day. They were professional around our kids, and respectful. The floors look fantastic. And dealing with squeaky floors will never be a problem again! These guys fixed all of the squeaking and we were left with a beauty floor. I’d hire them again and I most likely will when its time to redo the carpets. Great job guys!”
