“I have been dealing with quality carpets for over 20 years, and till this day they are as good as ever. I resently had my complete downstairs redone with hardwood floors.When the installers showed up they took there time covering up all my furniture and personal belongings.This was a 5 day job and there guys were GREAT.I recommend quality carpets to all my family and coworker,and everyone is always completely satisfied.You can never get the service from the big box stores like you can from a family owned business.Mike the owner personally comes out and does all the measuring, and goes over the job in detail what to expect.If I ever had a question he actually gave me his personal cell phone number.When quality carpets did work for my elderly mother,the installers moved every piece of furniture for her.In my opinion this is the best flooring store in the area!!”
