“Courteous, on time, and charged the quoted price. Wood floors are art and I think they are beautiful. However, attention to detail, especially in stain application, shows in every room. I am happy with my floors but if you are looking for a more even appearance near the edges of the room, in closets, or behind doors, I wouldn’t recommend. We also ran into a few issues with poly on the bathroom counter and holes in the living room ceiling, damaged trim around the front door, and the garage was left dirty. However, Edwin was available and a good communicator and was eager to make it right - correcting shoe mold and poorly stained areas and giving a credit for repainting the ceiling - which we appreciated a lot.”
