“I am so impressed with Portsmouth Quality Flooring and every employee with whom I have interacted. From Brittany, the manager of the Portsmouth location, to Dave and Clayton who did the estimates, Rachel at the warehouse who helped us with our install schedule, the two gentlemen who ripped out our carpet and then finally the artists… the hardwood flooring install team led by Chad Cardoza accompanied by Joe Bouffard and Matthew Rockwell. We spent the better part of three days having Chad and his team in our home and it was an entirely pleasant experience with great results! Any question I had was treated considerately and carefully with their goal for us to love our new floors. We are still about to have new carpeting installed tomorrow on our stairs, but I’m so confident about this company that I’m writing the review right now. Throughout this entire process I have never met or interacted with more friendly, truly caring and knowledgeable employees. Clayton has picked a team of people who understand that choosing flooring is a big financial investment for most people and we as customers take pride in how we present our homes. As a result, they take what could have been a nerve wracking process and make it easy, painless (and dare I say even fun) while still delivering the utmost in professionalism and customer service. I can’t say enough good things about this company and every employee. As new homeowners in Maine we care a lot about using locally owned businesses that deliver top quality. We found out about this company on our neighborhood next door app and I am so glad we did!!!”

“Sometimes, mistakes happen, as did with the first install of our carpet. Although, we have to say how satisfied we have been with the professional and courteous support to resolve the issue. Everyone in the store, and especially Marc Taliaferro and Dave Clough who personally evaluated and corrected the issue sincerely had our satisfaction as their first priority. Thank you guys, real nice job. We won't hesitate to visit you again the next time we are looking for new flooring.”
