“I'm very happy with my rug installation. We had our entire 2nd floor and stairwell done. I needed to have it completed by a certain date, Emily promised it and the team delivered. We even had a hiccup with the original supplier. They worked with me and the job got done. The installers were hard workers completing the job in one day arriving at 735am finishing up by 6pm. Polite and respectful. I will use them again for any of my flooring needs.”

“While I was totally pleased that Toni and Rachael worked with me to deal with the challenges I was facing with my contractor, the messages were mixed with each person I encountered after that. The guy who measured set one set of expectations. The first guy to arrive to prep the floor started removing tile- as I was told to expect. The third guy a few hours later said no they weren’t removing. Hush arrives and says they are not leveling as I expected. Then looks as delivered materials and says you are leveling. Once installed the floors are not level and there is some squeaking and Josh says leveling does not make the floors level. What? They tried to fix a 3/4 inch nh rise in the floor but just moved the rise out of the doorway to inside the room. The floor still speaks in the kitchen, Josh says that can’t be fixed. I am used to having floors adjusted and fixed BEFORE they lay flooring so I am pretty mixed about the job at the moment.”
