“When I called, Andrew walked me through the process to get carpet installed. When I visited the warehouse, Todd helped me to pick the best carpet that met our needs (kids!) and schedule the measurement and installation. While outside circumstances prevented the original installation timeline from being met, the team called me as soon as possible and set a new date for install. Sam and his assistant were friendly and efficient. We were impressed by how fast the carpet was installed - it looks and feels great. When I need more carpet installed in the future, I'll give them another call.”

They were also careful of my freshly painted walls and did a decent job cleaning all the bits of carpeting when finished. The stairs with the sides covered seemed quite difficult, but Sam conquered it well! The whole process was smooth and easy!”
